As per Credai Rajasthan, 13000 visitors have visited the expo in 3 days and around 60 builders have participated in this expo to showcase their Residential and Commercial projects to buyers.
The response was tremendous of buyers and those who are directly and indirectly associated with the real estate industry.
It was a great platform for commercial real estate investors; the attraction was new commercial projects in Malviya Nagar, Jagatpura, Mansarovar, Ajmer Road, Tonk Road and Sikar Road.
The connectivity and development of industrial and logistics parks on tonk road, ajmer road and sikar road provided lots of property options for getting high return on investment.
The expo was very lucrative for home buyers; verity of new residential projects and gated society plots in budget of 25 lakhs onwards with new amenities and modern infrastructure was also a key attraction.
We have also seen a class apart apartments projects for those who want to live luxury and lavish life style. The starting prices of such apartments are 5 cr onwards in posh locations of Jaipur like C –scheme, Bapu Nagar, Banipark, Tilak Nagar and Malviya Nagar.
Overall the environment and vibes were great in expo, builders and their executives were energetic enough and had some offers for buyers on spot booking of flats and plots. Builder’s stalls in real estate expo were really very charming and the facility of parking to visitors was also very appreciable. Defiantly Jaipur is going to be a big Real Estate Hub in coming years.
